Includes BRAND NEW portable speaker (looks darker color blue in picture, but matches iPod perfectly), AM/FM transmitter, used 1x blue Phillips ear buds that I just recently bought to match, BRAND NEW outlet/charger adapters (allows you to plug in your iPod to the wall, car charger, etc., instead of just your computer), USB cord to computer (not pictured). iPod does have a small dent in the back as pictured. Picture makes it look worse/more dented than it is, but I bought it that way and it hasn't affected my usage of it at all. I already restored it to its 'factory settings' (reset the whole thing).
